Group purchasing allows TAG Utility Solutions Ltd clients with multiple sites to simplfy their energy contracts if premises they own or operate currently have different contract end dates. The converse is true for flexible purchasing and is suitable for businesses that don’t want to their entire business energy contracts fixed to renew at the same time.
Yes, of course you can, however the energy sector in recent months has proved to be particularly volatile with pricing changing on a daily and in some instances hourly basis meaning that by the time you obtain pricing from multiple suppliers and make a decision, all or some of the pricing has changed. Yes, brokers must sign up to the ADR scheme with the Energy Ombudsman and pay an annual subscription fee.
Yes, provided you sign a LOA then we will deal with your existing supplier to obtain a resolution on your behalf. If the matter remains unresolved after a period of eight weeks we will assist you with the escalation of your dispute to the Energy Ombudsman.
Normally the answer is no as our fee is included within the pricing we obtain in your quotation and payable by your provider, however if we are advising and assisting in a Ombudsman referral then a fee will be agreed and charged upon completion.
